Nancy DeLucia Real is a member of Italian Academy of Cuisine and the Culinary Historians of Southern California. Nancy’s gastronomy training took place in the heart of Italy under the tutelage of her grandmother. She has taught international cuisine at Williams Sonoma and Sur la Table Stores.
In her capacity as museum educator for 15 years at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, Nancy developed historic culinary courses linked to art.
In 2011, Nancy founded the web-based food network, The Kitchen Buzzz, with her cooking shows appearing regularly on YouTube/TheKitchenBuzzz. Presently, Nancy conducts tours at international museums in English, Italian, French and Spanish. She teaches historic culinary courses at the Italian Cultural Institute, the J. Paul Getty Museum and other public venues. Her private adult & children’s cooking classes are ongoing.
